Wrap Around Facilities

Welcome to Flax Hill After School Care

At Flax Hill we provide Wrap Around Care for children from 7.45 am to 5.15 pm.  The Wrap Around Care is open to all school ages from Year 3 school children through to Year 6 school children. All persons connected to our Wrap Around Care Facility fully are DBS checked to an enhanced level. We aim to provide a happy, safe & secure environment that delivers a high standard of care.

The Wrap Around Care runs in 2 parts:

• Breakfast Club Provision 7:45 am - 8.30 am
• After School Care Provision 3.15 pm - 5.15 pm

The Breakfast Club Provision

Breakfast Club provision runs Monday to Friday, term time only.

Breakfast club can be used on an ad hoc basis no booking is required.  The cost is £4.00 per child per day.  This includes breakfast, drink and childcare.

After School Care Provision 

After School Care Provision will continue to meet the needs of all Key Stage 2 children through a variety of extra curriculum activities.  The cost is £4.00 per hour per child. 

Booking and Payment

This is a pre book / pre paid service, all payments are required in advance every two weeks. Payment must be paid via our ParentPay system. Non-payment may result in withdrawal of care and your child losing their placement with us.

If you are registering a new child to our Wrap Around Facility, please phone 01827 215 333 as you will be required to complete additional paperwork. Bookings are to be completed in advance by filling in a Booking Form via teachers 2 parents.  We will require 2 weeks notice of any changes to your booking. You may also incur a late booking fee for altering hours or making extra bookings within the two week period.
